An Avenue Q South home, damaged by a fire last weekend, will be demolished.
The cause of the blaze is now listed as incendiary or intentionally set, according to a Saskatoon Fire Department update sent Friday.
The fire caused approximately $50,000 in damage.
In the interest of public safety, a demolition order was posted, the update said.
The owner has 30 days to level the structure on the 300 block.
The fire prevention and investigation section will monitor the progress and compliance of the order.
