The Huskies Football Foundation has announced in a release that this year’s Dogs’ Breakfast fundraiser has been cancelled.
The breakfast was initially postponed from April 30 to September 3, before being cancelled Tuesday.
The Dogs’ Breakfast has raised more than $1.6 million in support of Huskies football over 19 years. This is the first time it has been cancelled.
This years speaker was to have been Jim McMahon, who quarterbacked the Chicago Bears to victory in Super Bowl XX.
