Saskatoon firefighters responded to a 911 call at 1:52 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of Avenue Q South.
The first crews on the scene saw the flames from outside.
Crews quickly got the fire under control while protecting the neighbouring property from any damage.
Firefighters determined no one was inside after a search of the home.
A fire investigator is working to determine the cause.
