The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) and Inter-Tribal Health Authority have declared a precautionary health advisory in Clearwater River Dene Nation following two positive cases of COVID-19.
The cases are linked to a wake on Wednesday and a funeral on Thursday in the community.
The SHA is advising anyone who attended the events to immediately self-isolate and monitor themselves for COVID-19 symptoms.
Anyone who believes they have symptoms, including fever, headache, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, a runny nose or diminished sense of taste or smell should contact HealthLine 811 or the community health centre.
