Saskatoon fire crews were kept busy Thursday night with two separate fires, one involving a house and the other a garage.
The first call came at around 9:40 p.m., when crews were called to a garage fire in the 100 block of Avenue K South.
When they got there, the boarded-up garage was fully engulfed in flames.
Firefighters were able to get the blaze out within minutes, and no injuries were reported.
Then at about 10:40 p.m., crews responded to a report of a possible house fire in the 400 block of Avenue V South.
They found a fire burning on the main floor.
The fire was brought under control within about 30 minutes.
There wasn’t anyone in the home at the time, and there weren’t any injuries reported.
A fire investigator is working to determine a cause and damage in both blazes.
