Saskatchewan reported six new confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Saturday afternoon, bringing the province’s total to 421.
Of the new cases, four were found in the North region, with two each in the Lloydminster and Prince Albert areas.
The remaining two cases were from from the Saskatoon and Regina areas.
The province said there are also eight presumptive cases in the La Loche region that still need to be confirmed at the Roy Romanow Provincial Laboratory.
Saskatchewan also saw five more recoveries. With the death toll still at six, that leaves 113 active cases – most of them located in the North and Far North.
Currently, 12 people are in hospital with two under intensive care in Saskatoon.
