Six Saskatoon neighbourhoods are without power.
The outage was reported to the city at about 1 p.m.
The neighbourhoods affected are Mount Royal, Westmount, Caswell Hill, Hudson Bay Park, Riversdale and Pleasant Hill.
In a service alert, the city said the reason for the outage is unknown at this time and an estimated time for restored power is also unknown.
The city said it will be providing updates as crews continue to work on the problem.
