At about 2:15 this afternoon, police were called to the intersection of Preston Avenue and Louise Street after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle.
The pedestrian, a 70-year-old woman, was transported to hospital as a precaution.
As the collision analyst unit continues to investigate, traffic restrictions will be in place on Preston Avenue. Drivers are asked to find an alternate route.
