Environment Canada has issued fog advisories for much of central and southern Saskatchewan.
Cities such as Regina, Saskatoon and Moose Jaw are covered by the advisory.
“Near-zero visibility in fog is expected or occurring,” Environment Canada’s advisory said. “Fog which has persisted for much of the day in parts of the province is expected to thicken and spread again this evening.
“Widespread areas of near-zero visibility can be expected this evening and overnight. The fog will persist through much of Wednesday morning with some improvement coming in the afternoon.”
The advisories issued Tuesday stretch from Lloydminster in the west to Carnduff in the southeast.
