Nikita Sedov had four assists Sunday as the Regina Pats beat the host Everett Silvertips 6-3 in WHL action.
The victory allowed Regina to even its record on its five-game swing through the U.S. Division at 1-1-0-0. The Pats lost 5-4 to the Tri-City Americans on Saturday in Kennewick, Wash.
Zack Smith, Carson Denomie, Riley Krane, Drew Englot, Robbie Holmes and Austin Pratt (into an empty net) had goals for the Pats (13-22-3-2) in Sunday’s contest.
Cole Fonstad, Jake Christiansen and Jackson Berezowski scored for the Silvertips (26-11-2-1).
Donovan Buskey made 36 saves in Regina’s goal.
Everett starter Dustin Wolf stopped 19 of the 24 shots he faced before being replaced by Braden Holt early in the third period. Holt made six saves during his 17-minute stint.
Regina returns to action Tuesday in Portland against the Winterhawks.
