Saskatoon police are investigating a home invasion which led to a man being shot Saturday morning in East College Park.
Police were called around 5:40 a.m. to the 200 block of Waterloo Crescent. When officers arrived, they located a 38-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to hospital for treatment for what police say “appeared to be a serious injury.”
Witnesses told police several people entered the home dressed in red, and bear sprayed the people inside before the shooting occurred.
The suspects then fled the scene in a white SUV. After searching of the home, officers found approximately 21 grams of meth, drug paraphernalia, and a knife.
