Just before 10 p.m. Monday, police were called about a man who was indecently exposing himself in public in the 200 block of Ave. L South.
He had been seen getting out of an older model white Ford Windstar van prior to the incident.
He is described as being about 60-years-old, with white hair and white facial hair.
