An assault charge against Saskatchewan Rivers MLA Nadine Wilson has been withdrawn.
She had been charged back in March after an incident with a family member.
Her lawyer, Mark Brayford, said in a release that Wilson had gone through an alternative mediation process, which he said was successful, so the charges were dropped.
The mediation process is used in some cases when there is a conflict involving family members or people who know each other.
