A police search in Blaine Lake turned up hundreds of stolen cheques and identification cards on Sunday.
RCMP acted on a tip about fraudulent activity and subsequently executed a search warrant on a home in the community north of Saskatoon.
A total of 200 cheques were recovered along with 144 pieces of ID, which RCMP said were mostly Saskatchewan driver’s licenses and health cards.
RCMP also seized stolen tools and a small amount of what is believed to be crystal meth.
Latecia Juba-Arcand, 27, was arrested and charged with identity theft, fraud, forgery, possession of stolen property and assault causing bodily harm.
She made her first court appearance Tuesday in Saskatoon.
