Three CN crew members suffered minor injuries in a collision between two trains on the weekend south of Pathlow.
The hamlet is about 20 kilometres southwest of Melfort.
According to a Facebook post from the Melfort Fire Department, first responders from that department joined firefighters from St. Brieux at the accident scene Saturday afternoon.
Two train engines reportedly collided, resulting in minor injuries. The Melfort Fire Department said all of the engines and cars on both trains remained on the tracks.
Members of the RCMP and CN Police officers were on the scene to investigate the crash.
There weren’t any details about the incident on the CN website or on the website of the Transportation Safety Board of Canada as of Tuesday morning.
