The holiday weekend resulted in a fatal crash on a rural road in Saskatchewan.
On Sunday afternoon, Birch Hills Fire and Rescue responded to a single vehicle rollover north of town on the Coxby grid.
Parkland Ambulance in Prince Albert confirmed one male was deceased at the scene.
RCMP said in a news release Tuesday, the victim was a 14-year-0ld boy who was a passenger in the vehicle. The driver survived and is listed in stable condition.
Mountie said alcohol was not a factor, however they continue to investigate.
