I am a wife, mother and grandmother. I have been a Member of Parliament for 11 years. Prior to that, I was the director of administration at Forest Grove Community Church and a member of the Saskatoon Regional Health Authority.

I was a cowgirl growing up.

I have a proven track record of working hard on behalf of my constituents.

I’m disciplined.

Over-thinking.

Where do you stand on:

Gun laws? Gun laws should target criminals, not law-abiding firearm owners.

The need for more pipelines? Canada is blessed with an abundance of natural resources. We have what the world wants and needs. We need to get these resources to the coast in a timely, efficient manner. More pipelines are the answer.

Western alienation? This issue seems to flare up when the Liberals are in power. I wonder why?

China? What should our approach be with some of our markets blocked? Canada should engage with the Chinese government but in a way that seeks to advance our values and our interests.

Are we facing a climate change crisis? Is carbon tax the answer? Climate change is real but a carbon tax is not the answer. Conservatives have a detailed plan to address climate change.

It’s a day off and you can do anything you want. What would it be?

Poke around in antique shops.
