A 20-year-old man faces several charges after a 17-year-old girl reported being sexually assaulted on September 14.
The girl said she was sexually assaulted by a male acquaintance at his home.
The man was arrested the next day and faces several charges including aggravated sexual assault, administering a noxious poison or thing, and threats to cause death or bodily harm.
He made a court appearance Friday.
