Court documents have revealed the name of the man accused of voyeurism at a Saskatoon gas station.
Adnan Iqbal, 25, turned himself into police on Thursday.
He was accused after a woman on Facebook said she was using the washroom at the Fas Gas Plus station on Circle Drive, when she looked up and saw a cellphone camera pointing down from a broken ceiling tile.
She alleged the gas attendant had insisted he change the paper towel in the washroom before her or her daughters used the facilities, and attempted to do so again after she found the cellphone.
Police were called to the scene, and Iqbal was arrested while his cellphone was seized. He was initially released from custody before being formally charged last week.
Police indicated in a Friday release they were still working on a search warrant for the contents of the phone.
Iqbal is due to appear in Saskatoon provincial court on Oct. 15 to answer to his charges.
