Saskatoon police investigating ‘suspicious’ death at Saskatoon hotel

Saskatoon police are treating a death Sunday morning as suspicious in nature.

They were called to a hotel in the 600 block of Idylwyld Drive North at around 10:30 a.m. to find a deceased male.

The police and the victim’s family are looking for the public’s assistance in the death of 50-year-old Joseph Raymond Skillen.

Saskatoon Police Service Major Crimes and Forensic Identification Services are continuing the investigation.

Police are asking anyone who may have known or had any recent dealings with Skillen in the past weeks to contact them, or Crime Stoppers.
