The Saskatoon SPCA released a statement on it’s Facebook page Friday regarding it’s investigation into abuse allegations against a Saskatoon online gamer after a video went viral.
Natalia Mogollon, who goes by the online name of Alinity Divine, has nearly 900.000 followers on the video game streaming platform Twitch.
The controversy all began when a video showed her throwing her cat over her head and another video surfaced of her giving the same animal vodka.
That lead to the SPCA getting complaints from the public.
Animal Protection Officers did an investigation which included reviewing the videos, inspecting her home and conducting interviews with Mogollon.
The investigation found no malicious intent on Mogollon’s part, and a genuine remorse for what she did.
The officers also found the animals in the home to be in good health.
