Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer paid a visit to Saskatchewan on Wednesday.
His main message in Saskatoon was a commitment to making things more affordable for all Canadians. He says the cost of living has gone beyond the means of many.
He also talked about the importance of the energy sector to Saskatchewan and the west.
Scheer used the opportunity to also berate the Trudeau government for its track record on the oilpatch, energy and pipelines.
This is his first trip to Saskatoon since February.
