The Pelican Narrows RCMP are reviewing an incident after a video was posted online of an officer using harsh language during an arrest.
The video was posted on the morning of June 30. In it, an officer told a suspect he was going to “f—ing kill you” and to “shut the f— up.”
The RCMP called the language concerning.
Mounties are now investigating the circumstances of the arrest.
They said they have been in contact with community leaders and will be keeping them updated on the outcome of the situation.
