Despite issuing funnel cloud advisories for much of central and southeastern Saskatchewan Saturday, Environment Canada only heard of one spotting.

When it comes to the showers this weekend, Environment Canada’s measurements show it bumped up Saskatoon’s June rainfall totals to around 68 millimetres, or roughly two and a half inches. That’s up about a tenth of an inch from this month’s normal amount.
Meanwhile, over in Regina, rainfall accumulation so far this month is sitting at 57 millimetres, or two and a quarter inches – that’s about half an inch below normal for June.
