One woman is facing impaired driving charges following a collision that temporarily closed the Broadway Bridge Sunday afternoon.
Saskatoon police reopened the southbound lanes on the Broadway Bridge around 4:25 p.m. after two vehicles collided at the bottom of the bridge earlier in the afternoon.
In a media release, police say the two-vehicle collision was reported shortly before 3 p.m. A 77-year-old man and a 76-year-old woman both sustained minor injuries in the collision and were transported to hospital.
Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
