A 46-year-old woman is recovering from serious injuries after she was held against her will and assaulted.
According to police, the attack started at around 3:00 a.m. Wednesday at a hotel on Idywyld Street.
The woman was able to escape her captor about five hours later but police are still searching for the suspect.
The victim and the suspect do know each other, police confirmed.
