Saskatoon police are asking the public for information after a man reported being forced into a vehicle and attacked.
Police said they were called around 1 p.m. Monday to the 400 block of McMaster Crescent after an injured 37-year-old man asked an area resident for help.
The man told police he was walking in the area of King Street and 6th Avenue around 12:45 p.m. Monday when two men forced him into a newer-model black SUV.
He said he was stabbed, beaten and then dropped off on Boychuk Drive.
Police reported the man was taken to hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
The alleged victim reported that he didn’t know his attackers, who were described as Caucasian, with the driver wearing a black hoodie and the other suspect wearing a red hoodie.
