A city report says snow-covered sidewalks were the top bylaw complaint of 2018, garnering 974 calls to bylaw officers through the year.
That number is nearly double the next top entry on the list of complaints, with temporary signage on public property collecting 542 calls.
In total, bylaw officers received 3,326 complaints in 2018 — a six per cent decrease over 2017.
