Offensive lineman E.J. Price comes to Saskatchewan from the University of Kentucky where he’s played that the two seasons.
The 21-year-old sat out the 2017 season after transferring from the University of Southern California.
Receiver Kyle Davis joins the Riders from Auburn University.
He played in 18 games over two seasons there, collecting 19 receptions for 458 yards and two touchdowns.
Another receiver was added to the Riders roster in the signing of 24-year-old Brock McCoin.
He offers some versatility to the team. McCoin started three games at quarterback while playing at Tennessee Tech University.
