A 30-year-old man wanted in connection to a shooting at a home on Avenue T South was arrested over the weekend.
Saskatoon police issued a release Monday morning stating Nigel Stonefish was arrested around 8 p.m. Friday.
He had been the subject of an arrest warrant issued Jan. 16 on charges including aggravated assault and recklessly discharging a firearm.
Stonefish is alleged to have shot a 41-year-old man on the morning of Jan. 12. At the time, police reported the alleged victim suffered serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
Police said Stonefish was known to his alleged victim.
