'Considering the circumstances ... this is best-case scenario,' Cole Cusitar said.
RCMP said Thursday night they were on scene of a two vehicle crash south east of Saskatoon.
It happened just west of Elstow on Highway 16.
RCMP said the fire department, as well as EMS responded.
Police said the highway was blocked, but a bypass would be set up when possible.
Drivers are asked to slow down and to be aware of traffic delays.
