A 30-year-old man faces several charges following an incident at a downtown convenience store Saturday evening.
Just before 6 p.m. police received a 911 call about a man that stole something from the store on 25th Street East and pointed a firearm at a witness.
The man ran from the store with officers locating him on 3rd Avenue North soon after.
Police discovered the handgun was a replica pellet pistol.
Officers also found crystal methamphetamine.
His charges include drug possession, theft under $5,000 and possession of a dangerous weapon.
The 30-year-old is scheduled to see a justice of the peace on Sunday morning.
