A 25-year-old woman is dead after a crash Tuesday morning on Highway 16 one kilometre west of the Battlefords.
The woman, a passenger in the eastbound vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 26-year-old man and a two-year-old child in the same vehicle suffered non-life threatening injuries and were transported to Battlefords Union Hospital for treatment.
The 29-year-old woman in the westbound vehicle also suffered non-life threating injuries and was taken to hospital.
According to RCMP, the eastbound vehicle lost control and crossed the median colliding with the westbound vehicle.
RCMP responded around 10:40 a.m.
