The case against the semi driver charged in the Humboldt Broncos bus crash made its way back to Melfort Provincial Court Tuesday, but was adjourned.
Jaskirat Singh Sidhu did not appear in court, nor did his lawyer, who appeared by phone asking to have the case set over until Dec. 18.
Sidhu faces 16 charges of dangerous driving causing death and 13 counts of dangerous driving causing injury stemming from the April 6 crash.
