10:00 – With cannabis legalization coming Wednesday, enforcing sobriety on the roads is a challenge for law enforcement. Staff Sergeant Patrick Barbar, of the Saskatoon Police Service Traffic Unit, joins the program to talk about how the police are going to enforce cannabis laws on the road.

11:30 – The newest report from the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change warns that governments must take action by 2030 to stem the impact of climate change, but some disagree with the premise of the report. Patrick Moore is one of the co-founders of Greenpeace and has been involved with the environmental movement for more than 45 years. He now describes himself as the “Sensible Environmentalist.” He joins John to discuss the IPCC report.
