RCMP have made an arrest after an officer was hurt Monday morning.
Police said the officer pulled a man over on Highway 40 near the community of Richard, about 50 kilometres east of North Battleford.
The man reportedly tried to drive away, then turned his vehicle around and drove directly at the officer.
RCMP issued a bulletin around 10:30 a.m. saying they had a suspect in custody.
The officer was reported to have been taken to hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
