11:00 – Regina Police are looking to change their policy around naming murder victims. Victims used to be named automatically, but the city’s board of police commissioners is considering a change to a case-by-case naming system based on an interpretation of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Saskatchewan’s Justice Minister Don Morgan joins John to discuss the interpretation and the original intent of the act.

12:00 – Lisa Belkin’s book “Comfort Cooking” is a collection of recipes for people who have undergone bariatric surgery for weight loss. Belkin herself lost more than 165 pounds after her surgery in 2011, but she noticed the weight starting to return. Her cookbook is an educational tool to help bariatric post-ops keep on track and healthy after their surgery.
