A fight with a suspect forced Battlefords RCMP to use a taser.
Officers responded to complaints of a man being erratic, exposing himself and harassing women working at a business on Railway Avenue East around 10:45 p.m. Saturday night.
According to RCMP, the 44-year-old man from Alberta resisted arrest and fought with officers.
A taser was used to subdue him.
EMS took the man to a hospital for treatment and observation.
RCMP say charges of committing an indecent act, assault, mischief, assaulting a peace officer and resisting arrest are pending against the 44-year-old from Sherwood Park.
