I’m 0-2 (which many not be a surprise to many).
When the season started I thought the Riders, with new quarterback Zach Collaros, might need some adjustment time against the defending Grey Cup champions.
I picked the Argos to win on June 15th. Saskatchewan won by eight.
The Riders then went in to Ottawa last Thursday to play a RedBlacks team that had a Week 1 bye. Based on Week 1, I picked the Riders to win. Ottawa won by 23.
So should I stop? Likely. But I won’t.
The once mighty Alouettes continue to be a CFL mystery.
How is it that a team with such a great tradition of winning got to this point? Montreal has not made the playoffs since 2014 and has a 16-40 regular-season record since the start of the 2015 season. The team doesn’t appear to have the skill to win, or the people in place to get required talent on the field.
Saskatchewan 35 Montreal 19.
