The Saskatoon Fire Department says a fire that burned a detached garage Wednesday evening was deliberately set.
Fire crews were called to a home on Milton Street, behind Cosmo Civic Centre, around 8:45 p.m.
The first engine to arrive found the detached garage fully engulfed in flames.
Crews were able to quickly knock the fire down on the outside of the building before going in and getting the blaze under control.
No one was inside at the time and no injuries were reported.
The estimated damage cost is $18,000.
