Saskatoon fire officials say a blaze early Sunday morning was deliberately set.
Crews were called to 1212 Avenue B North at 4:13 a.m. and found flames and smoke in the basement of the boarded-up property.
Firefighters quickly got the blaze under control and found no one inside the vacant building.
