Saskatoon police are searching for two people after a gun went off early Friday morning just north of the city’s downtown.
Police were called around 4:00 a.m. to the 1200 block of Idylwyld drive for a report of someone being shot at by another person.
Security video showed a man and woman walking together. Police said the video then showed the man raising a sawed-off shotgun and firing at another man.
The two suspects fled on foot. A K-9 team was unsuccessful in locating them
The male suspect is described as wearing blue jeans with a red and white hat and red bunnyhug.
The female had long, black hair. She was reportedly wearing a grey hat, grey bunnyhug and black pants.
Police said they didn’t know if the alleged victim and suspect were known to each other.
