A 16-year-old boy is charged in connection to a shooting in Saskatoon over the weekend.
According to police, officers responded to the 100 block of Avenue S south shortly after midnight Saturday.
They found a 25-year-old woman suffering from a gunshot wound. She was taken to hospital and reported in stable condition as of Monday morning.
Police said further investigation found a number of people fled the scene to a nearby residence.
Officers took people into custody and seized three firearms.
A 16-year-old boy has been charged with attempted murder and breaching court conditions.
