Battlefords RCMP are asking for help to find 16-year-old Creedon Hotomani.
Hotomani was reported missing from the Saskatchewan Hospital around 9:30 p.m. Monday.
Creedon is from the Carry the Kettle First Nation, about 100 kilometres east of Regina, and may be heading that way.
He’s described as being five feet five inches tall, 170 pounds with long black hair glasses.
He was last seen wearing a light grey sweater, baseball hat and blue jeans.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Hotomani are asked to contact the Battlefords RCMP at 306-446-1720 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
