Devon Bailey is staying in Regina.
The Saskatchewan Roughriders signed the Mississauga, Ont., product to an extension Thursday. He was due to become a free agent on Feb. 13.
Largely playing in a backup role behind Rob Bagg, Bailey had five catches for 80 yards and two touchdowns in his first season with the Riders.
Bailey originally entered the CFL in 2014 as a first-round, sixth overall, draft pick of the Edmonton Eskimos.
Since then, Bailey has appeared in 39 career games, registering 38 catches for 549 yards and four touchdowns.
