Saskatoon house fire deemed accidental

Damage is estimated at $35,000 after a house fire in Saskatoon Thursday morning.

Fire crews were called to 218 Avenue I South just before 1:30 p.m.

They found smoke and flame coming from a basement window and had the blaze under control in 14-minutes.

There were no injuries and the fire was deemed accidental.
