A North Battleford man is facing a number of charges following a domestic violence call on Christmas Day.
According to RCMP, the incident happened around 8:30 a.m. Dec. 25.
Later that same morning, a 30-year-old man was arrested and charged with assault, uttering threats and forcible confinement.
Police the people inside the home did not sustain any serious injuries. They did not disclose how many people were there at the time.
The accused made his first appearance in North Battleford Provincial Court Thursday morning.
