People that celebrated Christmas with a real tree can now drop it off at six locations across Saskatoon for recycling.
- Lawson Heights – Primrose Drive by the Lawson Civic Centre
- University Heights – Lowe Road
- Wildwood Golf Course parking lot
- George Ward Pool parking lot (5th St & Grosvenor Avenue)
- Doukhobor Society parking lot 525 Avenue I South (at 17th Street)
- Meadowgreen – corner of 22nd Street West and Witney Avenue
The sites will be open from December 26 to January 31.
In a media release from the city, it asks people to remove all of the tinsel, ornaments, and decorations before dropping off natural trees.
