RCMP say they now know the identity of a man found dead in Red Deer this summer.
According to police, the circumstances of his death were not suspicious. Officers found the man in a downtown park on Aug. 7.
On Nov. 27, RCMP released a sketch of the man to media — including news agencies in Saskatchewan — in an effort to I.D. him.
On Tuesday, police announced they’ve notified his family and, out of respect, won’t be releasing his name or any further information on the file.
