It was another busy night for RCMP as the service received numerous calls of shots being fired around North Battleford.
Several complaints of gunshots came from the areas of 95th, 96th, 101st, 102nd, 109th, 106th Streets and 21st Avenue.
In one complaint, police were told a car was being chased and shot at by another vehicle.
According to RCMP, officers went to all locations and could not find any places or people hit by shot.
They were, however, able to find the vehicle being targeted.
While RCMP members were on patrol, they could hear gunshots going off in various other locations around North Battleford.
RCMP were unable to find suspects or any potential victims in all the reported areas.
According to Statistics Canada, North Battleford is the most crime-plagued city in Canada, numbers highlighted in a Maclean’s magazine article last week.
The investigations into the possible shootings Thursday night are ongoing.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Battlefords Detachment or Crime Stoppers.
